FEAGLEY has a warrant for failure to appear for public drunkenness and similar misconduct. On 02/03/2023, Chambersburg Police Department took a report of an accident involving damage. The investigation revealed that on 02/01/2023; in the parking lot of Keystone Pediatrics located on Fifth Avenue, a white in color Audi caused damaged to another vehicle prior to leaving the scene without providing their information. The person shown in this photo may have information relevant to an ongoing police investigation. He/she is a person of interest, but not necessarily a suspect at this time. The Chambersburg Police Department arrested Sime, Jeysen on Friday March 10th, 2023. Sime made threats to kill the victim and her family and is now wanted for Terroristic threats and Criminal Coercion. 


Kodjo M. Akakpo, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count of cruelty to animals after an incident occurred on February 10 at 7:43 p.m. on W. Main Street in Waynesboro.


Richelle N. Gaither, Hagerstown, Maryland, has been charged with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana after a traffic stop was conducted on February 9 at 11:14 p.m. on S. Potomac Street in Waynesboro.

David B. Rowland, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance after police had contact with him on February 6 at 3:45 p.m. on E. Main Street in the Borough.


Jeffrey M. Cool, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count of strangulation after a domestic occurred on February 1 at 10:38 p.m. on S. Potomac Street in Waynesboro.


Cacey R. Velazquez, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count of endangering the welfare of children after an incident was reported to police on November 27, 2022 at 7:19 a.m. on S. Phillips Avenue in the Borough.
