Franklin Co. PSP Roundup: Extradition after police chase, found drugs, more

15 June 2023- Pennsylvania State Police announce the pending extradition of a person already in their custody. Stefan Hill, 25, of Westbury, NY is facing numerous charges after an extended car chase around Franklin County with Pennsylvania State Police. When he was taken into custody, Troopers found Hill had a full extradition warrant from New York. He’s awaiting extradition in Franklin County Jail.


PSP Troopers announce the arrest of Tania Glee Taylor, 51, of Waynesboro for drug possession charges after a traffic stop on I-81. Police say that Glee Taylor was stopped and issued summary traffic violations but was also in possession of marijuana.


After a traffic stop on a 1993 Dodge on June 10th, Police announce the arrest of a 16 year old driver on DUI charges. Police have not released the name of the juvenile but say that he was from Fort Loudon and was pulled over near the intersection of Lincoln Way West and Crottlestown Road.


Did you lose your drugs? Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a found property case involving drugs after they received a call on June 14th around 2pm from the 9300 block of Olde Scotland Road. Troopers say that anyone with information on the case should contact PSP-Chambersburg.


A suspect has not been made public but Pennsylvania State Police say they’re investigating the June 6th burglary of a Montgomery Township home near Mercersburg. Troopers say that the victim, a 30 year old Mercersburg man, called in an attempted burglary around 6am on the 6th at his home on Corner Road. PSP continue to investigate.
