27 June 2023- A Fayetteville man is looking at multiple felonies after allegedly sexually assaulting his ex girlfriend and taking pictures of her without her consent. Austin Edward Concannon is charged with misdemeanor invasion of privacy, two counts of felony sexual assault, and misdemeanor indecent assault. Concannon is behind bars after his unsecured bail was changed to a monetary bail of $25,0000.
On March 24th, a victim arrived at PSP-Chambersburg to report a sexual assault by her ex boyfriend. In the middle of the night Concannon allegedly pulled down the victims pants before sexually assaulting her and taking photos underneath the covers. All the while this happened the victim allegedly pretended to be asleep. The victim specified that she did not consent to anything previously mentioned.
The next day, Concannon was interviewed at PSP-Chambersburg about the encounter. After giving Troopers consent to view his phone’s photo gallery, police allegedly found an image of the victim taken recently in the deleted section of the gallery. Concannon allegedly admitted that the picture was of the victim and that “he has a problem”.
Concannon is behind bars on $25,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is set for July 6th.
