The Franklin County Historical Society host the Haunted Jail fundraiser.
10/28 28 from 7 to 10 PM . 175 East King Street, Chambersburg, PA,17201. Adults $12, kids 12& Under $7. Cash or Card. Tickets will soon be available to purchase online.
Enter at your own risk! Be prepared to walk up and down stairs and traverse uneven floors. Low lighting, smoke, and strobe lights will be used in some areas. There will be loud sounds and music. The line will form outside the front of the jail on King Street and circle around the block. This event is rain or shine. No smoking inside the walls, no animals, no strollers through the jail. Please act responsibly and use common sense. Parents, use your judgement as to if your children can handle a haunted house. Children 12 & under must be with an adult. Anyone causing a disruption while in line will be asked to leave. Please do not feed the dead. Pap’s Dog Stop will be here selling food and drink, cash only. We will have a port o john outside.
