Mason Dixon BBQ Services Presents: Sausage Making! Tips, Tricks, and Techniques with Pitmaster Larry Booze!

Larry is stopping by the Greencastle shop January 9th and he’s gonna show us how he makes his WORLD FAMOUS Bologna, Snack Sticks, and Summer Sausage! Larry will be talking processing tips and tricks, seasoning methods, and how to properly smoke sausage!

Pitmaster Larry will be showcasing a brand we carry called Wyld Seasoning, which is a brand specifically designed for making sausage using different flavors, cures, and casings, all of which we carry in the store!

At the Greencastle store only, $20 per person. Limited seats available. Call, email, or stop by the shop and we will hook you up with a form to sign up and secure your spot. This event comes rain or shine. Masks and social distancing are encouraged. Sanitizer will be available
