The Chambersburg Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary Hosts 29th Annual Fabric Fair
The 29th Annual Fair will take place April 15th-17th and 22nd– 24th at the Chambersburg Mall at 3055 Black Gap Rd. Fabric Fair hours are 8a-4p Thursday & Friday (15th, 16th, 22nd, and 23rd) and 8a-1p Saturday (17th and 24th). We will be across from the Mall Office. Please use Corridor A on the Bon Ton side or the Theater entrance. For Payment Cash and Personal Checks will be accepted.
The Fabric Fair is just that FABRIC and so much more. This is a crafter and hobbies dream shopping experience. The Chambersburg Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary Fabric Fair was started 30 years ago by its founding members. The ladies work on organizing and measuring and sorting donations all year long in a small room in the back of our Thrift Store at 169 Lincoln Way West.
This Event on average brings in $35,000 to help assist our local children in attending our Camp Ladore in Waymart, PA. Funding projects such as washer and dryers for our homeless to use. (When we are working at full capacity again) New updated computers and copier for our staff. New kitchen tools and equipment for our Soup Kitchen to continue running. A new safer van for our senior program to be able to transport not only them but our children to camp and/or programs. As well as many other projects.
We ask that if you are able you wear a mask and keep distance from other shoppers. Also hand sanitizer will be available through out the store.
