SHIPPENSBURG–The Shippensburg Police Department is trying to locate the owner of a tan Labrador retriever that was found Wednesday morning in the area of South Prince Street.
According to police, the dog is wearing a blue and black checked handkerchief/bandanna.
The dog’s owner is asked to call the police department at 717-532-7361.
