UPDATE (9:25PM): S Second Street is still open to vehicle traffic. Please avoid area if possible. Crews are beginning to clean up the scene but vehicles are still blocking left lane of S Second.
28 August 2023- Borough crews are on scene for a vehicle collision on South Second Street between E Gilbert Avenue and E South Street. Fire, police, and EMS are all on scene near Mike Waters Park.
