CHAMBERSBURG – What does it mean? On 10/13/20 it was discovered that an unknown person spray painted or marked several Borough owned dumpsters and trash cans on Black Ave. The 6 dumpsters and 2 trash cans are located on Black Ave between Lincoln Way West and Liberty St. The white spray paint or large marker was the same on all the Borough owned trash receptacles and appeared to be a personal “tag”. It is unknown when this damage had occurred. Anyone with information regarding the owner of the “tag” or who is responsible for the damage can contact the Police Department or submit a tip.
