CHAMBERSBURG – Thursday, 24 November 2022, at 8:50pm, CPD responded to a Hit and Run crash involving an attended vehicle in the 1000 block of Lincoln Way East.
The striking vehicle was a black Mercedes Benz, which sustained extensive front end damage and has a missing bumper cover. Prior to the crash, the Mercedes Benz was parked in a business parking lot with a white Chrysler 300. The Mercedes fled the scene after the crash.
The operator of the white Chrysler 300 is a person of interest, but not necessarily a suspect at this time. Anyone with information regarding this incident or these vehicles can contact the Chambersburg Police Department or submit a tip.
