CHAMBERSBURG – 17 March 2023 Chambersburg PD report Ibrahim Ali Al-Qasim contacted a family member of the victim in attempts to make contact with the victim in violation of a PFA he has against him.
Al-Qasim is wanted for Contempt for violation of order or agreement (PFA Violation). Anyone with information on his location is asked to contact the Chambersburg Police Dept. or leave a tip on Crime Watch.
CPD also report Andre Kareem Wimberly stole a firearm and due to previous charges is prohibited from possessing a firearm.
Wimberly is now wanted for Theft by unlawful taking, and Persons not to possess firearms. Anyone with information on his location is asked to contact the Chambersburg Police Dept. or leave a tip on Crime Watch.
