09 June 2023- On 5/18/2023 at 10:31 PM, an EGO Leaf Blower was stolen out of a garage in the 1000 block of Wallace Ave. Three suspects were observed entering the victim’s garage and fleeing with the Leaf Blower on foot. The person shown in this photo may have information relevant to an ongoing police investigation. He/she is a person of interest, but not necessarily a suspect at this time. Khagee Aamil Warren is wanted for Riot and Disorderly Conduct after he participated in a large fight with fifteen other individuals in the 400 block of Tolbert Ave on 05/08/2023. Francisco Olvera Jr is wanted for Possession with intent to Manufacture and deliver a controlled substance, Fleeing and Eluding, and multiple other charges. On 5/25/2023 at 1:00 pm, a motorcycle was observed driving at a high rate of speed in front of the Chambersburg Area High School. The driver proceeded to pass vehicles on the right-hand side of the roadway in between the vehicles and the curb and ran a red light at E McKinley St and S Second St. The driver proceeded to pass vehicles at a high rate of speed on the right-hand side of the roadway on S Main St while traveling south. On 5/29/2023, Chambersburg Police responded to Sheetz on Norland Ave for a report of a theft. The white male suspect had stolen two packs of cigarettes and two BIC cigarette lighters throughout the course of the night. The male was last seen walking northbound across St Paul Dr, into the fields and towards 5th Ave Extension. On 5/8/2023 at 12:02 hours AM, CPD was dispatched to the 1000 block of Lincoln Way E for a reported vehicle accident. Investigation revealed that three occupants of the vehicle were juveniles who were in violation of the Borough’s curfew ordinance.
