CPD Roundup: Two men wanted for alleged snowblower theft

The Chambersburg Police Department arrested Rivera-Tosado, Francisco on Thursday March 7th, 2024.


04 March 2024- Chambersburg PD are currently looking for two men they believe are involved in the theft of an outdoor appliance.

CPD say Francisco Rivera-Tosado and Armando Baez-Molina took a snow blower from the rear of the victim’s residence and is now wanted for Theft by Unlawful Taking. The snowblower was reportedly taken from a home in the 300 block of S Main Street.

Anyone with information on his location is asked to contact the Chambersburg Police Dept. or leave a tip on Crime Watch.


On 02/27/2024 Chambersburg Police responded to the 600 block of S Main St for a report of a hit and run.  The victim said that between 10:00 PM on 02/26/2024 and 08:00AM on 02/27/2024, someone struck their vehicle and left the scene. 

The striking vehicle would have damage to the driver’s side of the vehicle.  Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Chambersburg Police Department or submit a tip on Crimewatch.  


On 02/26/2024 Chambersburg Police responded to the 100 block of E South St for a report of criminal mischief. 

Upon arrival contact was made with the victim who had multiple tires on their vehicles which were punctured with an object. 

The victim believed the damage had occurred in the past week.  Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Chambersburg Police Department or submit a tip on Crimewatch.
