20 December 2022- On 12/14/22, CPD received a report of a theft from a vehicle in the parking lot of Applebee’s. The theft occurred on 12/9/22 at approximately 1900 hours. The vehicle pictured has possible knowledge of the theft and was seen leaving the parking lot of Applebee’s. On 12/15/22, CPD took a report of theft from a motor vehicle. The victim’s car was parked in the 700 block of Meadowbrook Ln from approximately 1900 hours on 12/14 to 0600 hours on 12/15. During that time an unknown individual entered the vehicle and stole the victim’s change. On 11/29/22, Chambersburg police received a report of a theft from a vehicle in the 300 block of East Catherine Street. The victim reported that his wallet, money, and a knife were taken from his vehicle between 2100 and 0300 hours on 11/28 into 11/29.
