CPD Roundup: Indecent assault at Chambersburg store, fight between neighbors, more

01 June 2024- Chambersburg PD say Glenn R Guise was charged with Indecent Assault following a report where the victim reported that on 05/04/24 at 1130 hours, Guise approached her inside a business on Norland Avenue and embraced her with a hug. Guise then walked with the female down an aisle, slid his hand down her back and squeezed her buttocks. This incident was observed by another person and could be seen on surveillance camera. 

On 5/20/2024, Kimetrius Foose was involved in a vehicle accident and failed to stop to exchange information with the other driver. 

On 5/27/2024 at approximately 1800 hours, Chambersburg Police responded to the 500 block of E King St for a neighbor dispute. During the course of the investigation, it was found that one neighbor, Willie Lee, had introduced a knife during the argument and threatened the other neighbor with the knife.  Lee was subsequently charged for his involvement.  

On 4/10/2024 at approximately 0926 hours, Chambersburg Police responded to the 300 block of E McKinley St for a one vehicle accident that struck a telephone pole.  The operator was identified as Edvin Garcia-Mendez who was found to be under the influence of alcohol at the time he drove his vehicle.  Edvin was subsequently charged for multiple violations.  

The Chambersburg Police Department served the arrest warrant on Schultz, Christina Lynne on Sunday May 26th, 2024. Thanks to PSP Gettysburg for assisting in this arrest. Schultz is currently in Franklin County Prison awaiting arraignment. 

Schultz allegedly used a check that belonged to the victim of this incident and wrote a check out to herself without the victim’s permission, and was charged by CPD with forgery.
