02 February 2023- During the month of February, The Chambersburg Police Department will be conducting traffic enforcement details in the area of 5th Ave. The department has seen an increase in the number of accidents on this street. As a reminder, if you get pulled over for a violation in a targeted area, you will receive a citation.
During the month of January, CPD conducted 89 separate traffic details on Roland Ave after the department received a complaint from a citizen regarding speeding. As a result of the details, 27 citations were issued for speeding violations.
