December 9 – Since Elon Musk has taken over as CEO of Twitter, a whole lot of information has come to light about how the Hunter Biden laptop story may have been suppressed at the social media corporation.
There is a suggestion that if the employees at Twitter were shadow banning more conservative voices on the platform, there could be a path to a civil lawsuit to sue Twitter for damages.
Attorney Clint Barkdoll said, “It’s tricky, though, because the accounts weren’t totally banned, but they were suppressed. So you could still go on their feeds and see everything, but they were suppressed, they wouldn’t show up in other feeds. So could someone like a (Dan) Bongino (of Fox News) say well this damaged me financially because I rely on that to monetize my name?”
Michele Jansen of NewsTalk 103.7FM added, “And they lied about it. To Congress.”
Jack Dorsey, the former CEO of Twitter, told Congress nothing was happening.
Barkdoll said, “This is where it gets complicated. It sounds like he was out of this, but yet, clearly it was happening within the company.”
