SHIPPENSBURG – On 02/26/21, PA State Police (PSP) Carlisle Station was contacted for the report of a 15-year old male juvenile receiving inappropriate sexual communication via Facebook Messenger. During the investigation it was determined that the victim was contacted by a Bradley HOCK, of Southampton Township, Cumberland County.
HOCK was identified by his Facebook profile as well as the numerous unique images of tattoos he had forwarded to the victim in his communication. HOCK proceeded to ask the victim if he had any sexual experience with men. HOCK requested nude images from the victim and also asked him if he wanted to receive oral sex. HOCK additionally offered to meet the victim and offered to pay money so that he could perform oral sex on the victim. On 03/18/21, HOCK was taken into custody pursuant to an arrest warrant at a remote location where he intended to meet the victim in person. HOCK operates a dark gray Volkswagen Jetta. HOCK was committed to Cumberland County Prison on $10,000 bail.
