HAGERSTOWN, MD – The access ramp to Underpass Way from Halfway Boulevard in Hagerstown will be closed today.
According to the Washington County Division of Engineering, the road will be closed for resurfacing and will require closure of the access ramp on Friday, Oct. 16, from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., weather permitting.
This work will be coupled with patching in the merge lane to the I-81 north on-ramp. While patching will require the merge lane to be closed, access to the I-81 north ramp will be available via I-81 on-ramp traffic signal.
The county encourages all drivers to exercise caution while road work is completed.
