CHAMBERSBURG — Construction will begin Thursday on Walker Road in Chambersburg.
According to Borough of Chambersburg officials, beginning Thursday evening, Aug. 27, New Enterprise Stone and Lime Company and Alpha Space Control will complete patching and line painting work on Walker Road, in front of the new TRU by Hilton hotel that is under construction at 101 Walker Road.
Work will take place in the evening and at night, between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. Vehicle access will be restricted, with a New Enterprise Stone and Lime Company or Alpha Space Control flagging crew to properly direct vehicles through the construction site.
Motorists are reminded to use caution when traveling in that area.
