08 August 2023- Chambersburg PD have issued a Megan’s Law notification of a Pre-SORNA Sexually Violent Predator who has moved into the Borough of Chambersburg. Police advise that Nicholas Albert Pracht is set to reside in the 200 Block of S 2nd Street in the borough.
Pracht was convicted in 1998 and 2002 of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with the offense dates in 1994 and 1997. Pracht has been known to go by Nicholas, Nick, Nicklas, and Eric Pracht previously. He’s listed as being 6’1″, 220 pounds, blue eyes, grey hair, and non-Hispanic with scars on his left and right arms and right wrist.
