Although practicing in-person for only three weeks before the competition, the Cadets were able to compete in four categories – academics, physical fitness, color guard and regulation unarmed drill. The Cadets’ hard work and performance paid off at the official awards ceremony on April 14th.

The CASHS Trojans Cadets took First Place in the Unarmed Platoon Drill competition, Third Place in the Physical Fitness competition, and Fourth Place in the Color Guard competition.
The CASHS Cadets have worked hard in the 2020-2021 school year to maintain an engaging, quality experience. Despite pandemic restrictions, they were able to compete in 5 virtual academic competitions and 7 virtual marksmanship competitions. Uniform and drill instruction were conducted through virtual classrooms and Cadet Leadership worked to
provide multiple opportunities for online engagement between cadets, and when permitted in-person team building activities.
