25 January 2023- Even though schools closed, businesses went home early, and events were cancelled, the DiMartino Ice Sculptors were hard at work through the day’s Winter Weather Advisory. Initial sculpting, prep of the massive ice blocks, and transport around the borough commenced today after the trucks found their home in the square late yesterday.
The Festival, as many know, was started in 2002 and has grown to encompass a bulk of Downtown Chambersburg and feature over 100 ice sculptures. Take a listen to News Talk 1037FM’s full preview over the weekend and below here for Ice Fest 2023.
