UPDATE (9:40am): Owen and Julie Lake have been located safe.
11 September 2023- Pennsylvania State Police are issuing a Missing Endangered Person Advisory as well as a corresponding Amber Alert a missing 34 year old woman and her son.
PSP say that Julie Lake and Owen Lake were last seen 3:15am in the area of the 800 Block of Mickey Inn Lane near Scotland. Police believe that the Lakes may be at special risk of harm or injury.
Owen Lake is described as 8 years old, 4′ tall, 75 lbs, with curly brown hair and last seen wearing a t-shirt and underwear.
Julie Lake is described as 34 years old, 5’6″ tall, 150 lbs, blonde hair, green eyes, and unknown clothing.
Anyone with information on Lake is asked to contact police immediately by calling 911 or by calling PSP Chambersburg at (717) 264-5161.
