03 July 2023- On July 2nd, 2023 at approximately 8:00 PM, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 12900 block of Little Antietam Road in Hagerstown, Washington County Maryland, for a reported homicide.
A deceased female was located inside a residence. The deceased was identified as Bobbie Louise Martin, 72.
John Kevin Hickman, 46, of Hagerstown, Maryland, has been arrested and charged as a result of the investigation.
There is no threat to the community as a result of this incident.
No further information is available for release at this time.
Charged individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
