05 December 2022- In a social media posting late this morning, the Clear Spring Volunteer Fire Company announces the passing of their fire chief Zachary Reid. Reid, according to the post, died from injuries sustained in a traffic accident earlier this morning. Reid is survived by his wife and three girls as well as his father, Captain Michael Reid. All contact with Reid’s family should be directed at assistant chief Jacob Altman and FF Richard Conrad.
