UPDATE (2:00PM): Traffic is now being redirected off of the interstate and onto Lincoln Way East. Traffic is snaked back to at least Exit 17th, potentially more to Exit 20, Scotland. Please avoid area as first responders clear the area.
07 December 2022- An accident looks to be completely blocking off 81SB just outside of Chambersburg. Around Mile Marker 15.5 traffic is completely stopped and currently being backed up potentially to the Walker Road exit and beyond. Exit 16 in Lincoln Way East, just East of Chambersburg. Possible ejection of occupant.
Please avoid area and try threading through the borough of Chambersburg after getting off at either Walker Road or in Scotland. This potentially could affect traffic the rest of the afternoon.
