CHAMBERSBURG – Chambersburg Police Department was dispatched to the 1100 block of Edgar Ave for a domestic dispute. During the course of the investigation it was determined Cody F Hayes assaulted the victim and was arrested for Terroristic Threats and Simple Assault.
Hayes was transported to the Franklin County Jail for arraignment.
