HAGERSTOWN – Thursday, 19 January 2023, at about 4:00pm, officers responded to the Walmart on Garland Groh Blvd for a report of a theft.
The person below stole a wallet out an 84 year old woman’s purse that was in her shopping cart.
He left Walmart and then used her credit cards at various other stores amounting to $2,000 worth of charges. Store employees helped the woman to contact the credit card companies in order to close her card accounts.
The suspect entered the store with a cane but left without it. He was driving a dark gray Dodge Durango with heavy tinted windows and tint cover over the license plate.
